I have completed certifications hypnotherapy/NLP, substance abuse, couples therapy, mindfulness/meditation, breath work, and energetic heart/body centered techniques. I specialize in working with trauma, self sabotage, mood disorders, childhood abuse, relationship conflict, substance abuse/addiction and pain.
I utilize integrative/somatic, trauma informed, holistic and humanistic approaches that are 'non-pathologizing.' We are all highly creative beings and all are capable of growing through limitations, releasing obsolete patterns and living purposely and joyfully in the moment.
