With over 25 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, I offer compassionate and humanistic client focused care. I start with a thorough evaluation focusing on what the client is experiencing and what the client would like resolved within the safety and convenience of my private practice. A blend of interpersonal therapy along with cognitive behavioral techniques is offered to empower the client to overcome painful and overwhelming relational or life experiences. In addition to outpatient clinical care, I offer assessment services including mental health and psychological assessments.
Throughout the course of one's life, it is likely you will experience an episode of depression and/or anxiety. Understanding the triggers of these common mental health experiences along with the normal course of care, managing the symptoms and not allowing the symptoms to manage you can be achieved. I offer non traditional work hour appointments.
