Hi, I'm Tony! I like to work with clients who want to investigate who they truly are, within contexts that feel high-pressure. As a therapist, my style is gregarious, direct, and exploratory. My job as a mental health provider is to give you fresh ideas based on mental health data, professional experience, and pattern recognition. I am not a blank slate, and clients describe my style as "conversational" and "like talking to a normal person". Your job as the client is to think critically and determine what fits you!
Here are a few issues I like to work with: 1. Folks who are highly capable, but exhausted. 2. Families after separation, including coparenting and coordinating wraparound care for children after divorce. 3. Christian issues and religious trauma. (No altar calls here.) If you've felt at home in church but that setting also feels wounding, let's talk.
