Welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience working alongside individuals as they build resilience, deepen self‑understanding, and move toward meaningful change. My practice is fully telehealth‑based, serving clients in both Texas and Oregon. I come from humble beginnings, and much of my early life was shaped by being the person others naturally turned to when they were struggling. Over time, I realized that my ability to listen deeply, offer steady support, and hold space for people in their hardest moments wasn’t just part of my personality — it was pointing me toward my calling.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while Person‑Centered principles guide me in creating a compassionate, non‑judgmental space.
