Clients who have worked with me have often struggled from painful experiences that have led to struggling with substances, relationships, and with their mood. Together we have worked towards the ultimate goal of getting a sense of agency back to feel flexible and resilient with whatever life brings next allowing yourself to feel connected to life as it is happening.
My work has been helping clients struggling with addiction, trauma, and grief through a relational model to trust in their own resiliency to achieve their goals. I'm passionate about therapy being an experience that leads to change and self-discovery, and not unwanted advice giving.
I value having a healthy attuned relationship as the main factor that leads to people making a change.
