I understand that starting therapy can be a big step, and I want you to know that you are taking an important step toward better understanding yourself and improving your well-being. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Together, we'll work to identify patterns, explore challenges, and develop strategies for coping with life’s difficulties.
I work with individuals from all walks of life and have experience in helping people with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, LGBTQ+, and many more. My approach is client-centered, integrative, and rooted in mindfulness. I aim to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs.
