I help Adult Individuals 18 and older via telehealth. As a Certified EMDR therapist & Approved Consultant, I specialize in trauma and related concerns. We'll work together to find lasting solutions rather than just "putting out fires." As an affirming therapist, I hold space for all people to be themselves, especially LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients.
