At times we may feel stuck, uncertain about how to overcome current life difficulties, or even find it hard to get out of bed in the morning. I am here to support you through your current challenges using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach. My goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and behaviors that interfere with the life you want to live and the person you want to be. We will work together to build upon your natural strengths and resiliency using personalized evidence based interventions and treatment plans.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with male, female, and LGBTQIA+ adolescents and both younger/older adults. I am able to help with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, coping skills development, self esteem, stress, academic/occupational challenges, and peer relationships.
