About
At times we may feel stuck, directionless, uncertain about how to overcome current life difficulties, or even find it hard to get out of bed in the morning. I am here to support you through your current challenges using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach to addressing your concerns. My goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and behaviors that impede you. We will work together to build upon your natural strengths and resiliency using personalized evidence based interventions and treatment plans.
I am a licensed social worker and clinical social work intern who works with adolescents and both younger/older adults. I am able to help with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, coping skills development, self esteem, stress, academic/occupational challenges, and peer relationships.
Making the decision to ask for help can be immensely challenging and uncomfortable. Know that you are not alone in these thoughts. By reaching out, you are taking that crucial first step, and I will do my utmost to support you however I can.
