I work with men, young adults, adolescents, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, anger, trauma, grief, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting men and young men, reducing mental health stigma in the Black community, and helping people who often feel misunderstood or are used to carrying things alone. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, and faith or spirituality can be incorporated when it is meaningful to you. My goal is to help you feel understood, challenged, supported, and equipped to create lasting change.
I help clients better understand the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns shaping their lives. Together, we work through trauma, anxiety, anger, grief, relationship challenges, and identity concerns while building emotional intelligence, healthier coping skills, stronger communication, self-awareness, and a more resilient mindset.
