I currently see individuals across a broad spectrum of issues: infidelity, intimacy barriers, pornography, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, communication challenges, , spiritual matters, etc. I find that many folks are seeking healthy ways to express themselves, forgive others, and find peace within. Talking with someone who is trained to help in these matters can provide a way forward to more fulfilling relationships and a more satisfying life.
I have worked with many couples who are trying to come back from infidelity. I also have worked with couples who are experiencing challenges with their intimacy. Finally, I can help individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, porn addiction, etc. I utilize a Cognitive approach with targets "stinkin' thinkin'" which can help change the way we think.
At this stage in my life, I have been made stronger through many challenges; not only stronger, but more understanding of others and what they're going through.
