I work with males age 14 and up navigating addiction recovery, identity development, and self-confidence. Many of my clients come to me stuck — caught in patterns they can’t seem to break, unsure of who they are outside of what’s expected of them, or carrying shame that keeps them from asking for help in the first place.
My approach is direct but not clinical-feeling. We’ll work on the addiction or behavior that brought you in, but we’ll also get underneath it — building the identity and self-confidence that makes lasting change possible, not just short-term compliance.
