I strive to help others work through their personal life challenges, and help them find peace, restore hope, and strengthen their resolve. As a Professional Counselor, my goal is to create a safe and therapeutic environment which encourages change, healing, and transformation. I have counseling experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, life transitions, family issues, crisis, and loss and grief. I work with couples on marital or pre-marital issues. I have daytime and evening appointments currently available to meet your needs! I only offer virtual sessions at this time.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strength-Based Perspective. I also can offer Faith-Based Counseling if that works well for you.
I have experience working with all populations including marginalized identities, veterans, college students, men issues, and spiritual related issues. I look forward to working with you on your journey! Only virtual therapy offered. I do NOT take Independence Keystone Health Plan East. I have daytime and evening availability.
