I’m Anthony, a traditional Therapist, Life Coach, Partner and Parent. Taking the first step is hard, and I respect you for being here. I specialize in the realities many men face: pressure to provide, emotional isolation, “screen addiction”, silent grief, and a loss of purpose or mentorship. Staying in these struggles slowly destroys partnerships, families, and self-esteem.
I work with men navigating the stress of holding a family together while feeling stuck in their own growth; with couples trying to repair patterns shaped by misunderstanding or resentment; and with women affected by a partner’s withdrawal or shutdown.
Our framework centers on four zones with equal importance: Executive (leadership), Thane (discipline), Metamind (strategy), and Empathos (connection and joy). When one zone dominates the others, people suffer. Therapy helps restore balance.
I’ll relate to your struggle during our process, having personally overcome trauma and discovered ways to make ADHD work for me. I stand with those facing instability or marginalization—LGBTQ+, trans communities, people of color, women, and anyone whose rights feel threatened. Caring isn’t political; it’s human.
