When you’re used to working hard, fixing problems, and pushing through, it can feel strange when those same strengths stop working the way they used to. In addition to online and in office, I offer eco-therapy and walk-and-talk sessions to calm the mind and reconnect us to the magic in this world.
Therapy is about figuring out how to loosen the cap on the metaphorical bottle. It’s about understanding what’s really causing the pressure to build and finding practical, dependable ways to release and eliminate tension.
