Hi, my name is Anthony and I am an AMFT currently practicing under Andrea Arias (LCSW 105817) at Harmony Counseling Services. I work with people who present with depression, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, relationship issues, and more.
Working from a strong base in Narrative Therapy and pulling from Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and other theories, I create a therapeutic experience where the client is the expert on their life and I am a guide. I want therapy to be a safe, exploratory experience for all my clients.
During sessions, we will explore your past, your present, and your future. The problem will be identified as the problem, instead of the person. Strengths will be highlighted and respected. As we discuss your life story, I will be there to support you, provide humor when needed, and to listen, as you work towards creating a new path for your life.
