I am a client centered therapist which means that the client is leading the process of change and is the expert on what is going on in their life. The ideal client would be someone who is interested in identifying and working towards their goals. Finding a good match with a therapist is an important decision. I specialize in working with a variety of clients. I am well trained to work with adolescent and adult populations. Primarily my focus has been on working with mental health and substance abuse issues among these groups while also considering additional cultural and social factors that may affect progress.
