Over the past decade, I have worked with a diverse population of children, families, and young adults in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings. I have experience with learning disabilities, trauma, adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. My therapy style is thorough and client-centered, incorporating eclectic, evidence-based treatments to help both pediatric and adult clients achieve their personalized goals.
I specialize in CBT and play therapy techniques. Young children have not yet developed the ability to fully understand or express their thoughts and feelings. Play therapy is an evidence-based method that allows children to communicate through their natural language: play.
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) with an undergraduate degree in biology. I am also a parent. I provide holistic treatments that are effective for families and clients of all ages.
