In my practice, my specialty is helping to unlock your hidden potential by working toward the elimination of depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and trauma while improving individual, relationship, marriage, and family functioning. Throughout our work together, you will learn to better regulate emotions and feelings while improving listening, and communication skills and reducing mental health symptoms.
I chose a career in mental health because of personal experiences and intensly increasing need for mental health care and wellbeing. I have experience working in mental health crisis-type situations as well as extensive expertise treating couples, families, and all individuals regardless of age, struggles, diagnosis, or their past.
Watching clients begin to thrive is exciting and rewarding.
