Growing up isn’t always easy—especially for kids facing worries, big feelings, or changes at home and school. Some children struggle with anxiety, defiance, or emotional ups and downs. Others may have a hard time building confidence or getting along with friends. As a parent, you just want to help your child feel understood, supported, and on the right track for a happier home life.

That’s where play therapy comes in. In my office, kids have a safe and natural space to work through their feelings. Through play, they learn to build confidence, manage emotions, and form stronger relationships. I also work side-by-side with parents so the growth we see in sessions carries over into everyday life.

With a background in psychology, sociology, and trauma-informed care, I give families practical tools to handle challenges and grow together. Every child’s journey is different, and my approach is built on empathy, trust, and connection. My goal is simple: help your child thrive and strengthen your family’s bond.
