I partner with adults and couples to address concerns across the board including anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, and anger management. I also provide LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming care. We’ll work at your pace to build practical coping tools and support the mind-body connection so you can feel more grounded and in control.
My approach is person-centered, grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and is both trauma- and Internal Family Systems-informed. Whether you’re facing a major life shift or simply need a place to decompress and feel supported, I’m here to listen, understand, and walk alongside you.
