I am most passionate about helping strengthen couples as the foundation for the family and helping individuals, and adolescents flourish through Christ-centered mental health therapy to achieve their God-given purpose. I am passionate about strengthening the client. I specialize in Substance Use Disorders, Men’s Therapy, Couples Therapy and Culturally Diverse Issues.
I will use an integrative approach of various psychotherapeutic methods and techniques, such as Gottman, emotionally- focused, narrative, solution-focused, hope focused, and forgiveness therapy from a client-centered, systemic perspective.
As a former teacher I walk alongside couples and as I am Play Therapy certified I work with children and adolescents from 7-18 years of age.
