I believe that everyone is capable of making meaningful change in their lives. Life is full of challenges and sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, drawing from both psychodynamic and
cognitive behavioral therapies. I work with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Together, we'll work to better understand who you are, where you've been, what's keeping you stuck, and what needs to change in order for you to get where you want to go.
