Anthony Bonita
Psychologist, PhD
We can help if you are experiencing chronic pain, headaches/migraines, fibromyalgia, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), or other chronic pain conditions. Here at the Mary Free Bed Kalamazoo pain rehabilitation outpatient program, we partner with our clients to restore hope and freedom to live a full and productive life. We take a comprehensive approach to pain that is focused on alternative pain treatments, not on injections, surgery or medication. We’ll create a personalized program that will improve your quality of life and activity level while helping to treat your pain.
We start with a one-hour evaluation with a clinical psychologist, or a physician. If you and the provider agree that our program is a good fit for you, we’ll provide specific recommendations for a plan tailored to your needs. Our full program is 10 to 12 weeks, and includes appointments with each discipline (Pain Psychology, PT, and OT) as appropriate.
We understand the complexities of pain, and we are here to help you return to enjoying the aspects of life you value most. If you're interested, your primary care physician can send a referral/prescription for our pain rehabilitation program, or you can call our office and we can help you get the process started.
