I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety and OCD using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create lasting change.

Having lived with OCD for over 30 years, I understand how painful and isolating it can feel. My personal experience brings empathy and hope to this work, and I’d be honored to help you move toward a calmer, more meaningful life.
