Then we will create a collaborative plan of how to create lasting and positive change. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based techniques tailored to your specific needs.
I am passionate about my work as I enjoy helping people, and specifically helping them realize how resilient they are. Although, resilience does not always feel great in the moment.
