I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I also do hypnotherapy and psychological evaluations. My theoretical orientation depends on your needs and the type of therapy you are seeking. In order for psychotherapy to be effective, there must be openness and trust, commitment to change, and an attitude of collaboration between client and therapist. Together we will explore the problems that led you into therapy, discuss your past as it is relevant to your present situation, and establish goals for your treatment.
