I provide a confidential, nonjudgmental space for you to explore what's on your mind and sift through life's curveballs. I practice a more casual approach to therapy and I'm here to help you through anything that could be challenging for you at this time. The office is located on a farm, so we have the options to sit inside or walk and talk. Telehealth also available.
I feel I work best with clients who favor a direct approach and a dash of humor. I utilize reality therapy primarily, while tailoring treatment to your specific needs. I aim for sustainability, which often requires breaking things down into small, realistic steps. This framework will look different for everyone; I'll help you explore, plan, and deliver.
There is no right or wrong time to talk with someone. Be proactive! Anticipation can be our worst enemy. Like anything else, we try something new and we assess for satisfaction or discomfort.
