It can feel isolating to experience depression, anxiety, grief, questioning identity or uncertainty with your sense of self. Sometimes we feel our emotions and/or experiences are too big for others. We often keep our pain to ourselves fearing others wont know what to say or do with it. Sometimes we disconnect from ourselves just to survive. However, this doesn't have to be the case.
I specialize in working with grief, loss, living with chronic illness, and coping with caring for terminally ill loved ones. I work with individuals grappling with anxiety, depression and significant life transitions. I also work well with folks in the medical profession or direct care settings who struggle with vicarious trauma.
