I am passionate about the counseling profession and demonstrate my dedication through my work with individuals. While I have experience working with individuals with many different issues and diagnoses, I have specific expertise in treating those with perfectionism, loneliness, relationship challenges, overcontrol, anxiety, depression, trauma, and autism spectrum disorders. I have been intensively trained in RO DBT, DBT, and EMDR treatment modalities.
