I have a private practice consisting of clients seeking psychiatric medication and a small number of adult clients seeking counseling only. I see both children and adults for psychiatric medication. Clients seek services for Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as many other symptoms.
I am a psychologist who has been in practice for over 25 years in Nashua. My private practice is limited to counseling and psychological testing for surgery patients; my knowledge base in prescribing means that I have knowledge regarding the physiological factors underlying mood, anxiety and other symptoms.
I see clients in my private practice for the counseling piece of my practice as well as conduct some psychological testing. If a client there needs medication, I make recommendations to the primary care physician and also have a colleague at my office who exclusively prescribes medications.
