I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach in working with my clients. I aim to understand my clients, what is important to them, and their unique concerns. I challenge my clients to discover their strengths, and I believe in using holistic methods for personal wellbeing.
I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience in counseling services. I work with Adolescents, Adults, and Couples. Areas of specialty include: Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, Sexual Issues & Sexual Addiction, Body Image Issues & Stressful Life Transitions.

Restrictive diets, weight loss programs, "clean eating," calorie counting... We are bombarded with ideas and images that prey on our insecurities. You are not alone in your struggle. Consider joining this group if you have struggled with dieting, weight fluctuation, compulsive/overeating, body shame, or food anxiety.
