I am trained as a grief counselor and also in EMDR. I also work with couples as an EFT therapist and have a strong belief that relationship is at the center of our well-being; whether it's our relationship with others or with ourselves and am versed in Internal Family Systems Therapy. I also belong to team of practitioners who meet weekly to consider the needs of our clients. We offer an excellent and holistic approach for your care.
I lost my husband in a car accident when my children were young, and I have a heart for the difficulties we all face. My life gives me a unique perspective, and I have a personal understanding of grief and of current or past traumatic events. My aim is to be present with each person I see in counseling as we, together, navigate the process of your healing.
