Kristina Dutcher believes that the clients are their own best experts, and works to build a collaborative space in session to help them identify and achieve their goals using individualized treatment plans. She uses a combination of approaches such as, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, and Emotion Focused Therapy to help meet client needs. Daniel Fleshner is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a passion for exploring relationships and helping individuals and couples process conflict and engage in healthy communication. He currently works at Harmony Holistic, Integrative Wellness and Relationship Center in Bethesda, MD where he provides individual counseling, couples counseling, and sex therapy. He graduated with a M. Ed in Rehabilitation Counseling from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from The University of Michigan.

Kyle Collins is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with a passion for creating an affirming space in which to work with a diverse array of clientele. Kyle has his Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work with a focus in Behavioral Health and the integration of behavioral health in overall wellness. He currently works at Harmony Holistic, Integrative Wellness and Relationship Center. In meeting the needs of a wide range of clients, Kyle uses a range of therapeutic modalities and theories including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and adult attachment theory.

I offer supportive counseling combined with assessment, planning and evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT) to teach clients new ways to cope and move forward toward their goals. Teresa Maria Giral, JD, PhD earned her doctorate from Columbia University in 2008. Before beginning her studies in psychology, she worked as a litigator for 6 years in Washington, DC. Dr. Giral's principal areas of interest are adolescent and adult psychotherapy, mental health and spirituality, and academic and career mentoring. She is known for her direct therapeutic style and emphasis on goal-setting and results.

The approaches I use give clients the ability to take the initiative, evaluate and then make a plan of action. Making the decision to enter into therapy is a challenge in itself. But in the end I want to meet the client where they are at and go from there.
