The focus of my career is helping people overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, and grief. We all have internal resources that can be strengthened to further one's goals. Habitual thoughts and behaviors can interfere with reaching one's personal potential. I will help you develop resources for managing stress, trauma, and overwhelm. I enjoy helping clients develop stronger connections with themselves and with others that meet their needs. I will work with you to determine the approach which will be most effective for you in meeting your goals.
Life is full of overwhelming experiences, both past and present, that impede how we want to live. We will work to clarify repetitive patterns, develop new skills that help you improve your relationships and current functioning. We will work on past experiences that impact current quality of life, and memory reconsolidation, which can heal past traumas.
I specialize in somatic and trauma informed approaches including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. We will work together to find the best approach for you. We may experiment and integrate these modalities in an effort to address your specific needs.
