I provide supportive guidance, teach coping strategies, effective communication skills and offer parenting advice. I can also help you to uncover the underlying reasons causing your distress. Many clients I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, sleep problems, grief and relationship issues. .
Not sure what to expect in therapy? My counseling style is interactive and informative as well as supportive. I use a combination of therapeutic treatment methods based upon your needs.
