Integrating my training as a clinical psychologist and certified psychoanalyst with 3 decades of coaching & playing competitive soccer, I developed a unique style of integrating my passion for athleticism and team into my psychotherapy and coaching practice. While the quest for understanding the past is important to the process, achieving goals, identifying obstacles, considering options, and defining action steps is the essence of the work. "Trying" is understandable but "Doing" is essential! This approach has been particularly successful with adolescent and adult men.
