It is not always easy to ask to reach out for help. I have had experience across a myriad of topics, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma/crisis, family and relationship conflict, divorce, truancy, grief and loss, emotional and behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, and anger management.
I am currently a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. My approach to healing is person-centered and I believe that it is important to be integrative, so I utilize strategies, tools, and ideas from various therapeutic models and schools of thought. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and interactive.
I am passionate about helping individuals and families overcome their challenges and find solutions to meet their goals. I will work with each client and individualize therapy to meet their needs.
