We all experience difficulties at some point in our lives- this is part of being human. Some people are able to move on and some get "stuck" for reasons that are not always clear. At some point we all struggle to adjustment to life's changes; it's normal to feel stuck and I believe people have what it takes to adjust. Couples often come to me for help in distress and are confused about how or why their relationship has derailed. I am dedicated to helping people build stronger; more intimate relationships and I use several modalities when attempting to help couples in distress. A high percentage of my caseload at any given time is comprised of couples.
