In my work, I have witnessed how life's challenges can create emotional scars that then consciously or unconscious run our lives. These scars can manifest as a variety of mental health and relational issues.
I focus on getting to know these places of hurt with compassion & respect. Numerous clients have reported profound changes in their lives by simply beginning to relate to themselves with more compassion and curiosity. Next, we work to gently release these scars to bring greater vitality and peace to your life.
I am a trained mediator, have expertise in Hand-in-Hand Parenting, and am trained as an Internal Family Systems therapist. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including: Expressive Arts and Somatic Techniques.
