As a Relationship Therapist I help Individuals, and couples, and families overcome tough issues and discover deeper more fulfilling relationships. I specialize in Infidelity Recovery. Discovering that you have been cheated on and lied to is a painful and traumatic experience that can cause many feelings such as despair, anger, sadness, rage, fear and loss. If you were unfaithful, realizing the depth of the pain caused, and the guilt associated with it is often unbearable. However, there is hope; getting over the betrayal, takes a skilled experienced therapist. I respond 12/7 for urgent matters.
I specialize in Marriage Counseling, using a positive approach that helps couples connect emotionally while healing and working through conflict. I offer Premarital Counseling that includes an online assessment. I provide Tandem Marriage Counseling for high conflict or many other reasons, half of the sessions we meet together and half individually.
As a mature therapist I draw from my own personal experiences and from working with many people over the years. I have a passion to help individuals, couples and families overcome challenges, grow in their relationships and find meaning and purpose in life. I provide therapy online throughout California and limited office sessions in my Marin location.

Recovery from Infidelity and Divorce
This group is an online group for women experiencing pain from Infidelity and the loss of divorce as a result. This is a doubly painful and traumatic experience that can cause many difficult feelings such as despair, anger, rage, sadness, fear and loss. Meeting with others who are experiencing a similar trauma can provide the support you need to heal, and rebuild your life. The group is limited to four women to provide better care.
