I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, with 30 years of experience. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples with a trauma history, as well as working with those with Christian values. I also help couples with tools and their communication issues, conflict resolution, and issues dealings with anxiety and depression. I have worked a great deal with Christian individuals and couples. Often this includes issues of anxiety, depression, family and marital conflict, domestic violence, child abuse, and substance abuse issues. Telehealth is my only modality of treatment. I sure hope this works for you!
Lorna and her husband, Michael Laidlaw, LMFT sometimes work together with couples after assessing what treatment is needed for the couple. Sometimes it may be necessary for the couple to be seen separately in order to best treat an individual's issues that affect the couple's relationship.
