I am a seasoned psychotherapist. My approach is flexible and eclectic. Common areas of focus include managing difficult emotions, finding meaning at the crossroads in your life, developing greater authenticity, learning healthy techniques for coping with stress, and increasing attention to develop a peaceful interior life.
Specialty areas: Navigating difficult transitions and the changes that come with each stage in our lives. Examples include leaving home, becoming a parent, empty nest, retirement, grief, divorce, trauma and illness. I work with both men and women ages 18 and older.
