I’m Dr. Anthea Johnson, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical strategies. I typically work with adults and older adults, ages 18 to 99, who may be experiencing a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to mood instability and relational or family concerns. I am also comfortable working with clients navigating cultural and identity challenges, providing support and strategies to help them address these important areas.
I have been working in the counseling field since 2013, following a career as a school teacher. I was initially drawn to counseling by a desire to support children and families at a deeper level.
