I have worked with individuals, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, family and parenting, substance abuse, life transitions, and personal growth, among other issues. I implement systemic therapy and other modalities such as mindfulness, art, grounding techniques, body-mind awareness, breathing, and relaxation exercise
I am a trained EMDR clinician. EMDR is an evidence-based practice for treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and have worked for 8 years in this field. I have lived, studied, and worked in 3 continents, and grew up in a bi-lingual, multi-cultural family. My services are provided in English or Spanish.
