I practice from a place that honors your lived experience. Healing isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer trauma-informed care and work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and the weight of daily life. I have experience working in private practice seeing individuals, counseling individuals and groups within correctional facilities, and working with youth identified as at risk in secondary schools. These experiences have deepened my belief that everyone deserves compassion, safety, and the opportunity to heal no matter where they are in their journey.
I don't expect you to "get over it". Instead, we focus on grounding, emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and rewriting inner narratives. My job isn't to fix you, it's to help you reclaim yourself. You're not too much, and you don't have to figure it out alone anymore.
