Life can look fine on the outside while feeling overwhelming, painful, or disconnected on the inside. I provide therapy for adults and couples who are ready to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and work through the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
With over 20 years of experience, I help adults and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, communication issues, trust concerns, and conflict. I also work with couples at various stages of their journey, including premarital, married, and long-term partners who want to strengthen their partnership.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy strategies to help clients increase insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting change.
