My name is Ans Martinez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, California. I have been providing outpatient mental health treatment to adolescents and young adults for many years. My expertise includes anxiety, ADHD, adjustment, depression, parenting, substance use and addiction, trauma, and other behavioral and developmental challenges impacting adolescents and young adults. I also have extensive experience working and providing LGBTQ+ affirmative psychotherapy and trauma-informed care to other underrepresented communities.
My goal is to help clients by holding a non-judgmental space to navigate life's difficulties. Over the years I discovered my style and approach is a good fit for adolescents and young adults ages 14-30 dealing and adjusting to different life transitions.
