I have training in mindfulness, breathwork, solution-focused and person centered interventions, CBT, and DBT. I am trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and have a passion for helping clients work through their depression, anxiety, grief, anger, general adjustment issues, PTSD and life changes.
