I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults process and cope with the things that plague their lives on a daily basis. We are all human and most of us just need someone in our corner - I would love to be that person for you.

I use a combination of traditional and somatic techniques to promote insight and regulation in both the mind and body. My number one priority in therapy is creating a safe space for each and every one of my clients to express their authentic selves and heal.
