I have over 12 years of experience working with children and I have been working in the mental health field for 3.5 years. I specialize in helping children and adults process and cope with the things that plague their lives on a daily basis. I involve the whole family in the therapy process to facilitate more cohesion and better communication. I also provide psychological evaluations for ADHD, learning disabilities, and school accommodations.
I use a combination of mindfulness techniques, traditional psychotherapy techniques, and somatic therapies to promote insight and regulation in both the mind and body. My number one priority in therapy is creating a safe space for each and every one of my clients to express their authentic selves and heal.
