At the same time, I will also help you locate the most capable and resourceful parts of your identity. My style is warm, curious but also candid and direct. I trust that my patients have come to me because they can handle (and need) honesty.
I practice a unique blend of psychodynamic talk therapy and EMDR based on each person's unique goals and needs. EMDR is a trauma-informed modality that is now used to treat wide-ranging issues such as depression, anxiety, and addiction. EMDR can offer a powerful intervention for issues that traditional talk therapy has not fully resolved.
